In my pledge to read 52 books in a year I’ve now encountered the famous best-selling book by Steven Pinker “The Better Angels Of Our Nature”
The book is very long, more than 700 pages, but it took me only 20 to wonder whether I was reading a profound essay on the history of violence by a well-informed psychologist or the work of a very confused man.
