Recently Obama called TrumpCare “a transfer of wealth”. Although he forgot to mention that ObamaCare did exactly the same but in a different direction, he’s technically right: even in the richest country in the world resources are finite hence every adjustment to the health system is by definition a transfer of wealth from one group of citizens to the other.
