How Politics Ruins Everything

One of my goals for 2018 is to read 52 books. This week’s book is “Sex, Lies, and Handwriting” by the talented Michelle Dresbold.

The book was written in 2006 and in it, Michelle analyzes the handwriting and signatures of various famous people including those of past presidents Bill Clinton, George W Bush and of, future president, Donald Trump, who at the time the book was written was just another celebrity.

The first analysis of Trump signature appears on page 54

“Look at the sharp angles in signature #1. You can almost see the tension and tightness in the author’s hand. Angles appear in the signatures of workaholics who are sharp-minded, competitive, aggressive, determined, driving and uptight”

Yet, 9 years later, Michelle’s interpretation of Trump’s signature changed into this:

Donald Trump: “Me … big hunk of man”

Donald Trump’s signature has absolutely no curves, only angles. Curves in handwriting show softness, nurturing and a maternal nature. Angles show a writer who is feeling angry, determined, fearful, competitive or challenged. When a script is completely devoid of curves, the writer lacks
